Online Orders:

You can securely place your order online. Once the order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the Order Number. Once the Order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

KCARAT website has SSL encryption to protect payment as well as personal information.

Shipping Cost and Options:

KCARAT offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Currently we only accept online orders within the United States. All orders are processed within 24-36 hours of receipt. If an order is placed on Sunday, it will be processed on the next business day. Shipping confirmation email along with tracking details is sent once an order has been shipped. Orders can be tracked via the link in the shipping confirmation email or My KCARAT or Order Status link.

Shipping Options and timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping orders arrive in 3-7 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
  • Second Business Day: Express shipping is $15 on all orders and takes 2-3 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
  • Next Business Day: Overnight shipping is $35 on all orders and takes 1-2 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Sales Tax:

We only charge Sales Tax in New Jersey. There is no sales tax in any other state.

Order Tracking:

We are also equally excited for delivering your Jewelry piece(s) as you are for receiving them. KCARAT is completely committed to customer service and provides multiple ways to track the status of your order.

  • We provide automated email updates regarding the status of your order to your inbox.
  • You can track your order by clicking on My KCARAT on the homepage or by clicking on Order Status (in the footer menu) on the home page.
  • Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent along with the tracking number and a tracking link.
  • The tracking number is also available on the website via My KCARAT or Order Status.
  • You can also track the status of delivery of the package using the tracking number provided or simple by clicking on the tracking link.

 Product Care Instructions:

KCARAT Jewelry is handcrafted with great care and to maintain its beauty, we recommend following these guidelines to keep your Jewelry pieces sparkling.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, hand cream, make up, hair sprays, sanitizer, salt water, and cleaning agents.
  • Wear your Jewelry as a finishing touch after makeup, perfume, hair spray, etc.
  • Avoid exposure to harsh environment and chemicals.
  • Remove Jewelry before going to bed, or bathing.
  • Occasionally polish the Jewelry with a dry soft cloth to maintain the lustrous finish.

Product Storage Instructions:

When not in use, please store the Jewelry pieces in zip lock bags provided with each product inside the KCARAT box away from natural sunlight and heat. This will ensure the beauty of your Jewelry pieces is maintained overtime.

Returns and Exchanges:

We value our customers and are committed to customer satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date, or may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be accompanied by the original receipt and should be in its original saleable condition. Merchandise should be unused, in its original packing along with the Jewelry tag intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Enhanced Exchange Policy: We stand behind our jewelry. We offer 50% store credit for any product returned after the 30 days return period has expired or for any product that has been worn and the tag removed. We want you to enjoy the jewelry pieces with the liberty to exchange them for another design. Since our jewelry is made of silver along with gold/rhodium plating we offer 50% store credit at any time you want to return your jewelry beyond the usual return/exchange time frames.

Returning Gifts: Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit within 30 days of the receipt date.

Canceling an Order:

Since we make every effort to process your order quickly, it might not be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. A cancellation can be requested by sending an email to clientservices@kcarat.com. If we are not able to cancel; once the product arrives, you can always return it as per the return policy.

Promotional codes:

Valid promotional discount codes can be applied during the checkout process by typing the code in the Discount Code box.
