KCARAT Jewelry is handcrafted with great care. To maintain its beauty, we recommend following these guidelines to keep your Jewelry pieces sparkling:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, hand cream, make up, hair sprays, sanitizer, salt water, and cleaning agents.
- Wear your Jewelry as a finishing touch after makeup, perfume, hair spray, etc.
- Avoid exposure to harsh environment and chemicals.
- Remove Jewelry before going to bed, or bathing.
- Do not wear your Jewelry in swimming pool or Spa.
- Do not wear your Jewelry during any manual tasks like kitchen work, gardening, etc.
- Avoid sports while wearing your Jewelry.
- Occasionally polish the Jewelry with a dry soft cloth to maintain the lustrous finish.
- Do not try to polish your Jewelry using tissue or paper towels as these can cause scratches.
Storage:
When not in use, please store the Jewelry pieces in zip lock bags provided with each product inside the KCARAT box away from natural sunlight and heat. Ideally store your jewelry in a cool, dark, and dry place; and try to keep pieces apart, so they don't tangle or scratch by rubbing together. This will ensure the beauty of your Jewelry pieces is maintained overtime.

We value our customers and are committed to customer satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date, or may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be accompanied by the original receipt and should be in its original saleable condition. Merchandise should be unused, in its original packing along with the Jewelry tag intact to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Enhanced Exchange Policy: We stand behind our jewelry. We offer 50% store credit for any product returned after the 30 days return period has expired or for any product that has been worn and the tag removed. We want you to enjoy the jewelry pieces with the liberty to exchange them for another design. We offer 50% store credit based on the purchase price at anytime you want to return your jewelry beyond the usual return/exchange time frames.
Returning Gifts: Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit within 30 days of the receipt date.
To return or exchange a KCARAT product, please follow the instructions below:
- Contact Client Services at clientservices@kcarat.com or 1-855-5KCARAT to receive a return authorization number.
- Complete the Reason for Return on the Return and Exchange form received in your order and include it with your return along with the Return authorization number.
- Include the original or gift receipt received in your order.
Shipping your return: Returns can be sent to the address indicated on the Return and Exchange form received in your order. Please purchase shipping insurance equivalent to the value of the product as KCARAT cannot be held responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds (if applicable): Once the return merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
